Job Description:
Manage Deliveries: Coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
Ledger Reconciliation: Keep track of and reconcile financial records with vendors.
Inventory Processes: Develop and maintain processes for inventory reconciliation.
Customer Experience: Provide data to ensure the best delivery timings and manage returns efficiently.
Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation for dispatches to ensure smooth operations.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.
Process Improvement: Assist in developing and refining operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Communicate and negotiate with logistics vendors to optimize delivery processes and costs.
Skills Required:
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
