Expansion Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and inventory needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and pricing.
Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and demand planning roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in sales and inventory management software.
